Jamie Lutes was named LifeTime Resources Valued Employee of the Quarter in early September, according to community relations assistant Jennifer McClellan.
Each quarter, the area council on aging selects an employee who most personifies the agency’s core values of integrity, quality, compassion and cooperation.
Lutes was chosen for the integrity of her work. "Jamie always treats LifeTime customers with absolute respect and understanding," says executive director Sally Beckley. "She consistently recognizes our mission by helping customers meet their needs to remain independent."
The native Madison resident has been a case manager for 11 years. Before Lutes came to LifeTime, she was a director on an Alzheimer’s unit.
Lutes says what she loves most about her job is working with older adults and those with disabilities in their homes. "It’s a wonderful feeling to be able to provide them with the assistance they need to maintain their independence at home."
The fan of outdoors and camping lives with her husband of six years, Scott, and their four dogs. "They are our kids," she explains. Lutes enjoys the Indianapolis Colts and Indiana University Hoosiers.
