BATESVILLE — The Oldenburg Academy Lady Twisters scored a team-best 67 points to win a three-way track and field meet at North Decatur.
The host Lady Chargers were 17 points behind OA, while Morristown was third with 38.
Meredith Maier, Bridget Bruns and Kirsten Ricke each won a pair of individual events to lead the Lady Twisters.
Maier won the 200- and 400-meter dashes with times of 29.2 and 1:02.9, respectively. Ricke was a winner in the 300-meter hurdles (53.55) and long jump (14’6”). Bruns anchored the distance events with victories in the 1,600- and 800-meter runs with time of 5:59 and 2:42.2.
Sarah Billingsley crossed the finish line first in the 3,200-meter run with a mark of 13:39.9.
The Lady Twisters were also winners in the 3,200-, 400- and 1,600-meter relay events.
