BATESVILLE —
The Batesville High School track team had four individuals travel to Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion last Saturday to compete in the Hoosier State Relays (Indoor State Track Meet).
They were Emily Meer (55m hurdles), Cassie Reverman (shot put), Alex Wirth (pole vault) and Rylee Goldsmith (high jump). Rylee was named the state runner-up in high jump as she cleared 5”4”, which was just behind first place finisher Janae Moffit from Oak Hill with a jump of 5’5”.
