Opal H. Justice, 89, Brookville, died Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2009. Visitation is Thursday, Dec. 3, from 5-8 p.m. and the funeral is Friday, Dec. 4, at 10 a.m. at Phillips & Meyers Funeral home there. Memorials may be made to Franklin County EMS or the Brookville Volunteer Fire Department.
