-- — Clarissa E.  “Cris” (Schneider) Kist, Bridgetown area of Cincinnati, passed away Friday, Sept. 28, 2012, at the age of 92.

The daughter of William and Rose (Riehle) Schneider was born Aug. 2, 1920, in Batesville. She was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church, Bridgetown, and St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Colerain Township, Cincinnati, Ohio.

Cris was the beloved wife of the late William L. Kist; devoted mother of Bob (Vivian) Kist, Bill (Lynn) Kist, Mary Jo (Barry) Kienzle, Kathy (Steve) Hatke and Sheri (Andrew) Allan; mother-in-law of the late Karen O’Keefe Kist; loving grandmother of 16 grandchildren; great-grandmother of 22 great-grandchildren; dear sister of the late Wilfred Schneider, late Dorothy Wessel and late Dolores Redelman.

Visitation is at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 5361 Dry Ridge Road, Monday, Oct. 8, from 10 a.m. until the noon Mass of Christian Burial. Burial is at Spring Grove Cemetery there. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148-0142; or American Cancer Society, P.O.
