— Bertha Louise Fields, 79, Cold Spring, Ky., formerly of Milan, died Tuesday, March 12, 2013.

Visitation is Thursday, March 14, from 5-7 p.m., and the service is Friday, March 15, at 11 a.m. at Neal’s Funeral Home, Osgood.

Memorials may be made to Bluegrass Hospice, Florence, Ky.
