Visitation is Saturday, Feb. 16, from 9 a.m. until the 11 a.m. service at Holy Guardian Angels Catholic Church, Cedar Grove.
Memorials may be made to the church or any hospice.
Phillips and Meyers Funeral Home, Brookville, is handling arrangements.
