William Geis, 77, St. Peters, died Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2012.
He was a St. Leon American Legion member.
Survivors include son William (Ruth) Geis, Brookville; daughters Linda (John) Decker, Batesville, Sharon (Tim) Gramman, Sunman, Peggy (Bruce) Smith, New Alsace, and Betty (Rick) Schuman, Cary, N.C.; 18 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brothers Ralph and Carrol Geis; and sister Adeline Kuebel.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ursula Mae Geis; and daughter Loretta Gartenman.
There will be a rosary service Saturday, Dec. 29, at 8:30 a.m., and visitation from 9 a.m.-noon followed by the funeral Mass at St. Peters Catholic Church, St. Peters. Andres-Wuestefeld Funeral Home, Dover, is handling arrangements.
