— The fifth annual Batesville Community Education Foundation Tip-Off Chili Dinner is Friday, Jan. 11, from 5-7:30 p.m. in the Batesville High School cafeteria. The dinner is held as a part of the boys’ varsity and junior varsity basketball games vs. Greensburg.
Superintendent Dr. Jim Roberts explains, “The cost is a freewill offering with funds being used to support student programs and scholarships.”
A street party celebrating art and two park musical performances mark the 40th city-sponsored Batesville Music and Arts Festival.
The 26th Morris Firemen’s Festival has a new challenge for attendees.
The sixth annual Little Mr. and Miss Relay for Life pageant will be held Saturday, June 22, at 11 a.m. at the Ripley County event at the Batesville High School track.
