Monday, Nov. 5, at noon is the deadline to cast an absentee ballot before the absentee board.

Voters with questions or who wish to vote by mail or have the traveling board come to their houses to vote may contact the Franklin County Clerk’s Office, 765-647-5111, Ext. 3, for an absentee ballot application. Ripley County Clerk Mary Ann McCoy reminds voters who have moved to update their voter registrations to their current addresses by noon Oct. 9 in order to vote in the general election Nov. 6.
