Two persons were arrested at 26128 Power Road, Laurel, Thursday, March 26, and charged with five felony counts, according to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Booking Summary Report.
Debbie Anne Mullins and Ray Isaacs, both 42, are accused of sale of cocaine or narcotics, a Class B felony; possession of cocaine, methamphetamine or narcotics, a Class C felony; two counts of neglect of a dependent and possession of anhydrous ammonia, Class D felonies.
They each are being held at the Franklin County Security Center, Brookville, under $25,000 bonds.
