On Thursday, Oct. 11, Batesville police arrested Jennifer Rosfeld, 21, Batesville, and Terry Struckman, 25, Osgood, on felony drug charges.
The arrests stem from a continuing investigation conducted by the Batesville Police Department and Indiana State Police, explained Chief Stan Holt.
Ripley County Prosecutor Ric Hertel has charged Rosfeld with dealing in a Schedule I, II or III controlled substance, a Class B felony, and dealing in marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor. Struckman is charged with dealing in cocaine, a Class B felony, and dealing in a look-alike substance, a Class C felony.
Both are incarcerated at the Ripley County Jail. He reminded, “All suspects should be considered innocent until proven guilty.”
According to Holt, “This in-depth drug investigation is continuing and several more arrests can be expected.”
