A “Launching Your Own Business” workshop is set for Tuesday, March 16, from 6-8 p.m. at the Batesville Memorial Public Library.
This workshop is sponsored by the Indiana Small Business Development Center, in partnership with the Rural Entrepreneur Network, Hoosier Heartland Resource Conservation & Development Council, Inc., and Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs.
A comprehensive workbook will be used by instructor Jim Roudebush, a 19-year small business owner, to guide the discussion and will help participants identify personal objectives, skills and resources; understand entrepreneurial characteristics; evaluate business feasibility; and ways to find funding resources.
