St. Andrews Health Campus, a Trilogy Health Services community, has been named 2013 Best Place to Work in Indiana. This marks the fifth year since 2009 that the campus and its employees have received this recognition.
A record 100 companies were named Best Places to Work in Indiana list for 2013, with 22 named on the “major” business list, including Trilogy Health Services and its Indiana locations. “Major” companies are those with 1,000 or more employees.
“We are so proud of this accomplishment,” stated Ceci Young, Executive Director of St. Andrews. “Our employees made this happen through their unwavering commitment to be the best. Each member of our team plays a part in making us not only a Best Place to Work, but also in making us a provider of choice in our community. I thank our employees for making this recognition possible.”
John Eckman, Sr. VP of Human Resources for Trilogy, added, “This prestigious recognition is a tribute to our servant leadership culture and the many great employees that embrace the Trilogy values throughout our organization. This award is a reflection of our campus teams and their commitment to our Trilogy standards and to each other. The Best Places to Work program was created in 2006 and is a project of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, BizVoice®, Inside Indiana Business, The Society for Human Resource Management - Indiana State Council, the Indiana Economic Development Corporation and Best Companies Group. Rankings will be announced at a dinner on Thursday, May 2 in Indianapolis.
Trilogy Health Services has also been recognized as a Best Place to Work in Kentucky, a Best Employer in Ohio and nationally as a Best Place to Work in Healthcare by Modern Healthcare Magazine.
